Steps for a wedding Franco-Moroccan

Soon I will marry my beloved Oujda (Oujda resident). Knowing that more and more French are found in my case, I propose to recapitulate the various steps undertaken in this long and tedious process of marriage Franco-Moroccan. Please note, approaches and the necessary papers reflect the situation in October 2008. These may vary according to the laws and consular posts.

Here are the steps to take:
1 - Application for Certificate of capacity to marry
2 - Conversion to Islam
3 - Police investigation
4 - Signing of the marriage
5 - Transcript of the marriage
6 - Application for visa for the spouse Moroccan
(click on the links to go to the corresponding page)

All these steps will be detailed based on my own case .

note, my marriage has not yet formally approved, approaches do not stop now as in step 2. Update to come.
