Abstract art shows to solve puzzles and tries to raise emotions by revealing the existence of realities.
Each artist determines in its way, according to his own convictions, his career, his culture, his sensibility, a way of expressing themselves and wanting to be the world.

Saturday 09 and Sunday, April 10, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The objective this course is to familiarize yourself with where you refining the practice of oil painting.
The emphasis is on technique, color but also the use of additives (oils, turpentine, séccatif, varnish ...) necessary to exploit the qualities of painting oil.
You will begin this course with a theory, or I will explain some basic rules of oil painting and by doing while discovering how to build your work in steps of "fat lean on. "
You will work on canvas canvas board.
Maximum number of participants: 7 participants

Beginners initiated or confirmed, this course is open to all.
The objective of this course is to enable you to deepen or become familiar with the practice of painting in acrylic and encourage your own personal creativity.
After a short introduction, or I will explain some basic rules of painting with acrylics.
You will begin by discovering how to build your work and to sketch an outline.
The focus of this course is on different construction stages of your work:
-technology (production of flat areas, washes, bills of material, labor smear ,...)
-color
(research and composition your "palette")
-handling tools
(different types of brushes and other tools and their uses and various possible with acrylic paint)
- Different acrylic medium
(presentation and use different mediums as possible to maximize the practice of acrylic paint.)
You will work on canvas canvas board.

~ STAGE OF DRAWING AND SKETCHES from life (initiation, development).
Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
This course is open to all. Beginner or confirmed, it is an excellent foundation in your arts learning.
Divided into two parts with the alternating long and short hauls, it will allow you to familiarize yourself with the basics of sketching, drawing, and volume of the human body.
You will work in pencil, crayon, pencil, white chalk and black and white for those who wish to blood.
After a short introduction on the proportions, shortcuts and rules Elementary you will learn in the first part of this course, to represent the human body in different poses short (quick sketch) with limited time series (15 - 10 to 5 minutes)
The objective of this exercise is you learn to look at, analyze the volume and have the right thing.
You will work on kraft paper format grapes.
In the second part of this course, the study will focus on artistic anatomy through long exposures (45 minutes).
The objective of this exercise will focus on the study of the set, plans, volumes, shadows and light traffic.
You will work on Grey Canson paper - blue grape format.

Very fun, the objective of this course is to help you discover the full range of possibilities available in the mixed (various paintings, acrylic, oil, pastel and collage ... of various materials such as sand, paper , photos, stamps ...) and know the basic rules for creating your own works.
You will work on canvas.
Although all the basic equipment is provided, I invite you to bring materials (logs, sand, photo, etc ...) you might want to work and share.
